Dolichyl-phosphate-mannose—glycolipid alpha-mannosyltransferase : ウィキペディア英語版 | Dolichyl-phosphate-mannose—glycolipid alpha-mannosyltransferase
In enzymology, a dolichyl-phosphate-mannose-glycolipid alpha-mannosyltransferase () is an enzyme that catalyzes the chemical reaction in which an alpha-D-mannosyl residue is transferred from a dolichyl-phosphate D-mannose molecule into a membrane lipid-linked oligosaccharide. This enzyme belongs to the family of glycosyltransferases, specifically the hexosyltransferases. The systematic name of this enzyme class is dolichyl-phosphate-D-mannose:glycolipid alpha-D-mannosyltransferase. Other names in common use include dolichol phosphomannose-oligosaccharide-lipid mannosyltransferase, and oligomannosylsynthase. This enzyme participates in n-glycan biosynthesis and glycan structures - biosynthesis 1. ==References==
